Gray Zone Shooting Academy is located in Claude Texas. When you book a class you will receive an email which will confirm your slot in the class as well as the address to the property you will be training at.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Please arrive at the range no later than 0830 so we can tend to some administrative tasks and to ensure you have enough time to sort your equipment out.
Classes start at 0900 and run until 1700-ish.
We take breaks throughout the day to ensure everyone is staying hydrated, consuming some calories, and to give some “processing” time.
You’ll have an hour for lunch which is enough time to dash to Claude if you chose or you can stay at the range. There is a picnic table and it is recommended you bring a camp chair if you foresee needing to rest while on a break. If you decide to eat in Claude, you risk losing some good conversations with the rest of your class… brain cheese.

Practical Courses currently in development.
EMERGENCY INFORMATION
Safety is top priority during all Gray Zone courses. Students will be expected to observe typical range etiquette and follow commands immediately and at all times. There will be a minimum of one instructor present at all classes who is emergency certified to handle trauma incidents, and there will be another instructor present at all times to serve as second. Emergency protocols will be established at the beginning of every class, and a trauma kit will be present and nearby at all times. You are encouraged to bring a tourniquet, both for emergency response training and the extremely unlikely event of high-speed practical application.
